Advance Interface Utilization Alert Configuration

Hi,

I am using NPM 11.0 ans was trying to configure alert for a Group of node's WAN Interface utilization in percentage.

The Criteria for alert which is could manage to configure is as below

If the WAN interface Tx or Rx utilization is >= 70% for more then 5 min trigger this alert ans send email.

If above is no longer true reset the alert.

Can any one check if the attached snap is correct.

I also need to configure one more alert that if the above configure alert is trigger more then 250 times it should trigger and email alert for that node.

Can any one help me configure this 2nd alert!!!!!!

Or if both condition can be combined in single alert that too will be g8
