emc smi-s provider stopped automatically

Hello,

I just have installed Storage Manager and also de SMI-S Provider for EMC to connect our arraies.

The provider is installed on a Windows 2012 r2 and the version is 7.6.2 x64

After 5 minutes the service ECOM stops and I have no more communication between Stor Man and the provider.

Does anyone know why ?

Is anything appearing in the Windows Event Viewer for the ECOM or a log for the provider?
