FTP Voyager 16 rename on downloaded files

Is there any documentation on how to setup a file rename on FTP Voyager 16? When pulling the file through FTP Voyager 16 an AGHOST folder is being created with the AGHOST file inside the folder. How do I get the file to pull and rename through the scheduled job as FTP Voyager 15 worked?

I am also seeing unexpected behaviour with parsing file/folder paths, also logged on this Forum. The last release was November 2014, so I am not hopeful of a fix.
