We have an alert that's not moved since June. It looks like it got stuck there after a licence for the instance was removed while the alert was active. I've now re-applied the licence, but the alert doesn't seem to be budging. Is there anyway I can force it to re-asses the alrt? Or do I need to wrangle the data in the back end?
