ESX monitoring problem

Hi,

I've recently added several ESX server monitors into our IPMonitor setup through SNMP, after adding them I noticed that not all the partitions are showing, particularly the partitions that hold the VM's. Did I miss a step somewhere or is IPMonitor not the best solution for VM monitoring?
