Server process/volume information not reporting accurately

We are in the process of adding our servers and applications into NPM and APM and are experiencing a few problems with reporting accuracy.

Issue 1. NPM sometimes does not report accurate data on mounted SAN volumes. Reporting utilization of 850%, mostly because it is reporting the total size of the volume incorrectly.

Issue 2. When reporting on a given server process on a Solaris server (named for example) it reports that the process is using 99% of the CPU. Another process on the same server is also using 99%. Aside from the apparent mathematical impossibility of that, when you look at the CPU utilization of the server, is is consistently running at 45%.

Can you open a ticket about the SAN? If we have a bug where we're polling the wrong MIB or some other bug, we'd like to know and rectify the situation.
