We are using IPMAN to manage the utilisation of our network subnet. When I look at a subnet in IPMAN the majority of the "machine type" and "vendor" columns are blank for PC's and laptops on our network. Network devices appear fine. Does something specific need to be enable to allow the IPMAN to obtain this information?
IPMAN is resolving the hostnames for the PC's and laptops but also is not displaying the MAC-addresses.
