I recently added the CDR records to our Orion system and we have a session management cluster (SME) and two leaf call manager clusters. That is three sets of CDR files and calls can show up in all three if you call between clusters. The tool is great but when you have millions of calls per month the data adds up. I need to be able to export the data into excel for subsets of data (for instance - failed calls only) so that the team can fix them in an ordered fashion if needed.
I looked through all the reports and I do not see any related to CDR. Is that coming in the near future or does somebody have a custom report that can tap into that data and filter it on the checkboxes in the tool?
Also, it would be nice if you could tie the records together in a scenario where calls traverse the SME. So the call flow would look like CUCM01 -> SIP Trunk -> SME -> SIP Trunk -> CUCM02. If you could see the full path of the call rather than three distinct entries. SME deployments are becoming more common and I suspect you will see more of this in the future.
