UDT not showing MAC address and connected device on ports

It seems that after changing switch devices from SNMPV2 to SNMPv3 UDT no longer show port information. NPM info all looks good interface , hardware monitoring etc.... all good

Have you tried to get info from your device using UDT Compatibility Checker? Does it provide any L2/L3 data?

I believe i have the same problem with snmpv3 on a device.

I had this issue before. Kindly check on the link below. It is more how you configured your Snmpv3 on the device.
