Cool and Creative Version Naming

As we all know, many Geek Companies have cool names for their versions:

Apple has the cats.

Ubuntu has the adjective + Animal Name

Android has candy.

Our team develops the Alert Viewer for our NOC and Executive teams. We are on Version 2.1 and headed to 3.0. We have decided that we want to name our versioning cool as well.

Some of our ideas are:

Police Academy Characters: Tackleberry, Hightower etc

Tropical Fruits: Mango, Strawberry Kiwi, etc

Famous teams: V1 Highlander, V2 Wonder Twins ... V7 Magnificent Seven etc

What would you suggest for a fun yet appropriate naming standard for an Alert Viewer?

Since it's SOLARwinds. Why not Star names? or constellations?

There's already a product with the Orion name. It wouldn't be a stretch.

Since the product is named after a constellation why not name the versions by names of moons.

Of course you could use the names of stars in the Orion Constellation of which the Geek in us should embrace Betelgeuse

Rigol is another that would important to the Star Trek geeks...

Or you can go with names of Greek or Roman Gods: Apollo, Zeus, Thor, Aphrodite, Hermes, etc..

Greek/Roman mythology could be interfering with NCM internal codenames, but that's no longer the case .

I have Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy easter eggs all over my Orion - custom gif icons are the most fun to play with and easy to hide.

There's endless phrases and names that could work as codenames here and could be funny taken literally by those not in the know.
