I am using FTP Voyager to connect to a remote site via SFTP. When new files are added I have to manually click refresh to see the new files. I am sure this used to automatically refresh? Any ideas?

When you say "new files are added", what exactly do you mean? If they are files that are being uploaded by FTP Voyager, then yes, they should appear in the window without a manual refresh.
If the files are being added through some other means, then no they won't automatically appear since the protocol wasn't involved in their creation.
