Backup.Running Config Report enhancement

Hi!

For better reading of the "Backup.Running Config Report" it would be great if devices with Changes ("New" and "Changed") could be optionally displayed in a different color (= not black).

Is there a way that I can run a report to find out what managed devices have been configured with SNMP V3 configuration in them.
