Recovering Syslog Server settings

My Kiwi Syslog server crashed and system had to be rebuilts.. Windows 2003 server reinstalled. I have full backups but I cannot seem to locate the file all my syslog configuration settings (rules, filters, etc) are stored.

Can someone please help?
