APM HTTP Form Login Monitor

Sorry if this is in the wrong place, these forums are beyond confusing for me...

We have been using the HTTP Form Login Monitor to monitor Oracle E-Biz logins.  This worked great on 11.5.10, but with the upgrade to R12 of E-Biz there is a problem.  The login page has changed and now instead of username for Login Control Keywords and password for Password Control Keywords the page has "*User Name" and "*Password" for these respective prompts.

I think either the * or the space between User and Name is causing a problem.  I can't figure out the correct keywords to use for this.

Any ideas?  Is there a way to put a * in the template?  It doesn't seem to like it without quotes.

I was able to get this to work by using the full path to the login form and modifying the keywords:

http://servername.domain.com:9900/OA_HTML/AppsLogin

Login Form Keywords: (usernameField)|(User Name)

Password Control Keywords: (passwordField)|(password)
