How can i get TSM into STM (TSM on Linux AIX) ?
Is it possible to monitor serverel Backup tasks ?

Backup monitoring is not possible with STM. We used to have a product called Backup Profiler that supported TSM, but that is now end of life. Some customers are using Server and Application Monitor to monitor TSM, so you might explore that route.
