I was hoping someone could provide some guidance on configuring the new features of VNQM. For the AXL credentials, do I just need to specify an account created within CUCM that is assigned to a user group that has the role of "Standard AXL API Access" or is there more to it? I've searched for documentation on configuring this and haven't found much.
Regarding SFTP, do I just need to configure another billing server in CUCM servicibility to export CDRs to? I was thinking of just sending them to the free SolarWinds SFTP server on our NPM box and then having VNQM delete the CDRs as they're imported. Any concerns with that plan?
