I am having a problem with linked backgrounds for maps on our EOC server. The Network Atlas application validates the URL and loads the maps without a problem. On the actual view, however, the whole map just turns red (all of the objects are just contained in a red box). We are behind a proxy, but authentication is not required, and I have the same problem even if I point it to an image hosted on an internal website. I don't see any error messages - just the red box.
It worked initially, and then stopped working (showing the red box). I fought with it for a while and it suddenly started working again - only to start showing the red boxes a short time later.
Has anyone run into this or have any ideas of what I can look into? Thanks.
