Viewing multiple dashboards at once

Question

I have multiple dashboards built in VMan with the plan of showing one dashboard on each tab in Chrome on our NOC screen, and using a tab-circulator to rotate through the dashboards.

Problem is, I can load up a different dashboard on each tab, but when the Chrome tabs all refresh, they all go to the last dashboard selected.

I also see this if I log on to VMan with the same account on my pc...if I select a new dashboard, the NOC screens all eventually switch to that dash on their next refresh.

Soooo...how do I not force an account to open the last opened dash on refresh?

I just want to point out that I would probably avoid investing a TON of effort into anything that relies on the VMAN appliance right now as the latest release of VMAN no longer requires it,  so I expect it won't be too long before they deprecate the appliance completely.

Hi,

sorry for late answer.

There are several options:

1) create several users, login to VMAN with those users on each browser tab and open different dashboard. This should preserve the same dashboards being open.

2) expose widgets outside the VMAN Web Console. Each widget has "Copy widget link" option in Advanced Options popup menu:

You can:

- display each widget on a new tab (URL link)

- copy the HTML code into your own HTML page to combine more widgets you want to see at one page
