I have the following 2 alerts defined. I have a device which is located in the city of RCH (custom field) which is located in District 6A (custom field). It is a medium Criticality (custom field). When the device goes down I get an email from both of the defined alerts below. What I want is to only get an email from Alert 1 since the device is physically located in Rochester.
(Alert 1) Node Down in Rochester:
Trigger Alert when all of the following apply
Node Status is equal to Down
District is equal to 6A
City is equal to RCH
Device Role is not equal to Switch
Device Role is not equal to Router
Criticality is not equal to Low
(Alert 2) Node down in D6 Truck Station
Trigger Alert when all of the following apply
Node Status is equal to Down
Criticality is not equal to Low
Trigger Alert when any of the following apply
City is not equal to RCH
City is not equal to OWA
Trigger Alert when any of the following apply
District is equal to 6A
District is equal to 6B
