When did this pop up get added to Solarwinds Obserability Self Hosted?

We started getting this pop up in our Observability Self Hosted software. Interesting enough our Node Details page has stopped working for all of our nodes as well. Maybe related?

The interesting part of this is we have not done any updates and this just started happening on Monday. Running 2026.1.1

The install/upgrade should ask if you'd like to enable this, otherwise it should be disabled by default until the user goes out of their way to enable it. If that popped up on my boss's view, he'd be sending a 0, along with a formal complaint.

How to remove the pop up from Solarwinds Observability Self Hosted

You need to go into Advanced Configuration- https://YOURSERVERNAME/orion/admin/advancedconfiguration/global.aspx
With advanced configuration open search for Feedback
You should see something like this. Uncheck the box and hit save.

It'll always be a 10 from me, I do agree that pop-ups shouldn't interrupt the user experience tho👍

It's not just the node details page, it popup up in my teams login modern dashboard.

SW, who's the genius who came up with this idea? It's a good way to turn people away.

This thread can be blocked or removed, but you can sure bet it'll make it rounds on social media.😠
