IP SLA Operation Status Unknown

I have IP SLA installed and running, i am trying to create operation. i go through the wizard, i discovered the nodes that support IP SLA and determine the type of operation, then the source and target devices, at the end when i click on "Create the operation", creating the operation stuck, and stay as creating operation in progress. so at the end the operation stay at Unknown status and i can not get any data and reports. Can anybody help in this issue please??? attache snapshot

Hello,

how long did you wait for this to finish? There are many possibilities why this may happen so you should probably open a support ticket so that we can look at log files etc.

What is the type of operation you are trying to create? Based on your post I assume that when the operation creation hangs, you quit the wizard and you can see the operation in the list of operations (in Unknown state), am I right? If so, what a status message says in the detail view of the operation?
