Log and Event Manager Backup issue

Hello,

I am having a problem with backing up the LEM configuration, and archive. I SSH into the LEM appliance as cmc user, and when I try doing a backup, it says that a backup is already running, and then gives a PID, and the PID displayed is never the same. Has anyone found a work around for this besides waiting for the update to 5.3?

Hey,

We've seen this issue frequently with our most recent release (though not 100% of the time which makes things fun), and it's something we've resolved in 5.3 which will be available tomorrow (10/25). There is, unfortunately, no workaround that we've found.
