In the 201 release notes there is an item that says the following
- Fixed an issue that prevented Cisco 6509-E devices using VSS configurations being added. 6
I assume this means adding a 6500vss that is running DHCP scopes. If that is correct does anyone know what version of IOS is supporting this statement? Clicking on the litter "6" took me to a list of numbers that don't mean anything to me(searchable?).
Currently, when you try an add a Cisco DHCP server IPAM will query that device with the command "show IP DHCP pool", however with code versions 12.2(33)SXI3 and earlier(dont know about later, dont have any dev 6500v$$) the command "pool" doesn't exist. The proper command, I assume, would be "show IP DHCP binding". I also assume that dev having put this command in the release notes had some sort of working solution, just curious what IOS version that may have been.
any help is greatly appreciated.
