Query to find VMs without notes

Hi,

Does anyone know of a query I can run to list Virtual Machines that don't have any text typed into the notes (under Annotations) in the Virtual Machine Summary tab.

Annotations in vCenter are collected as name value pairs within Virtualization Manager. Is there a particular annotation whose absence you are trying to find or are you looking for no annotations present at all?

I think this query should do the trick

* AND NOT vm.annotation.name:*

Meaning show me all VMs that do not have an annotation name value that we have collected.

Ran the query it lists all my virtual machines not just the ones without any notes
