Adding new site

Is there any one to help me ?? I am trying to add a newly added remote site which is having a Cisco router to be displayed on the web interface when ever the site goes down. I added the site in management and i am getting lost when ever i try to add in the customization menu.

Hope some one will help me and thanks in advance.
