TOS setting.

I'm not sure what to set the TOS field to for my config. Here are my QOS settings:

class-map match-any call-signaling
match ip dscp cs3
match ip dscp af31
class-map match-all video
match access-group 112
class-map match-all voice
match ip dscp ef

What should I set my TOS to?
