I have a licensed copy of CatTools version 3.2.15. Is there a newer version I can upgrade to that will recognize and use my existing license?

Ahhh...the company I work for doesn't have a maintenance contract.
Then I'm sorry. The maintenance contract can be, of course, renewed.
