I am using a custom poller to monitor HDD status on Synology NAS devices. (Thanks KMSigma!) Now I'm trying to create an alert using the custom poller returns and not getting very far. How does one go about alerting on custom poller data?
Got it on my own. The trick is to use Custom SWQL Alert when selecting "I want to Alert on". It's a bit tricky getting the query code laid out. I used the Custom Table Poller Current Status condition and added the following code that works with my custom poller.
WHERE CustomPollerStatusOnNodeTabular.AssignmentName LIKE 'SynologyDiskStatus%' AND CustomPollerStatusOnNodeTabular.RawStatus <> 1
