Hi anyone can anyone please help to let me know the process

as i have a new request to Create an Alert if there any alarms in Juniper devices for which is the output of show system alarms , show chassis alarms.

@VaishuT - can you give me more context on the query ? Basically if you are using the standard ways of NPM there are only 4 things that you can look at:

At present what is NPM capturing through SNMP Polls.
Custom OIDs - can we extend monitoring by UNDP or OIDs
SNMP Traps - is this something that the device can send to NPM
Lastly, Syslog - is this something that the device can send to NPM

Not sure what exactly is your requirement can you give me more context please.

Hmm… You'd either need to have the Juniper send an SNMP trap with the alert, or somehow poll the values that it's alerting on? I supposed you could try and find the SNMP oids that correspond to alerts on the device and do it that way, but seems too complex and you don't know if the oids even exist…
