Node is in a Warning or Critical State - Needs more Tunning

The alert Node is in a Warning or Critical State should have more conditions to check the existing event policy or do a control what needs to checks .

Eg: If we have network devices there will be many interfaces like some are required only for reporting purpose , the actual alerting will work based on conditions which we set might be on alias name or some custom property.

Right now these alerts working without any conditions , it checks all the interfaces which are discovered .
