The alerts, appear self-explanatory, but, anyone turning this on, and following what was the issue?

In my observation it doesn't cause major impact and normally just recover itself. I wonder how it is setup to the SolarWinds user. Any thoughts?

Typically, i would run the command:

show interface [interface_id] transceiver detail

on the effected device to verify. In almost ever instance that I have seen this, it has been a false positive or gone away by itself or just needed to clean the fiber connectors.
