Difference of SOSH Federal fundamentals vs SOSH Fundamentals

Hello. I was planning to take SCP exams since mine are expired already. While trying to register, i found a lot of exam changes already. What is the equivalent of SCP NPM now? and What is the difference of Difference of SOSH Federal Fundamentals with SOSH Fundamentals?

Please clarify. Thank you.

The SCP certification program has undergone several updates, so I understand the confusion.

Regarding SCP NPM, this certification now falls under the Network Monitoring track. If your previous certification was SCP NPM, the Network Monitoring certification would be the closest equivalent and recommended renewal path.

As for the difference between SOSH Fundamentals and SOSH Federal Fundamentals:

SOSH Fundamentals is designed for general commercial customers and partners and covers the core functionality, administration, and use cases of SolarWinds Observability Self-Hosted (SOSH).
SOSH Federal Fundamentals covers many of the same foundational concepts but is tailored specifically for U.S. Federal Government environments, including federal security, compliance, and deployment considerations.

In short, if you are not supporting a U.S. Federal environment, SOSH Fundamentals would typically be the appropriate certification.
