The virtualization sprawl tab shows that I have several orphaned VMDKs. I select the delete datastore file and it givens me an error of "File Deletion failed Wrong Number of Arguments". Thoughts?

Can you confirm that the Orphaned VMDK file still exits in your environment. Potential file deletion errors occur because the vmdk was already removed before the configuration poll had not refreshed to reflect the deletion of the VMDK.
Yes they are still in the datastore. I can browse the datastore via VShpere and see that they are in fact there. I even manually deleted one of them and did a manual update a VMAN and saw that they were no longer in the Sprawl page.
Would it be possible to review the vCenter event history and correlate to the time that the action was performed. Im hoping that there were errors tracked that line up with the action. Otherwise we would need to grab the logs to confirm what the issue is.
