Solarwinds IPAM - Can we not configure DHCP Failover in IPAM?

I have been doing some work in IPAM to enable people to setup DHCP Scopes in Solarwinds. I can configure split DHCP in IPAM but it looks like if I need to configure DHCP failover for the scope I have to do this on the DHCP server. I might be missing something but figured this would be an option when setting up the scope in IPAM. Thanks! Dave
