These device already have the entry snmp-server enable traps fru-ctrl but still these are alerting what those the value means 0?
This command is not accepting in device
snmp-server enable traps fru-ctrl ps-output-change
That value is the raw SNMP state for cefcEnablePSOutputChangeNotif, not the PSU output or health. The defined values are 1 (notification enabled) and 2 (disabled), so 0 usually means the device is not exposing a valid value for that OID, and enabling snmp-server enable traps fru-ctrl will not necessarily change it on every IOS/NX-OS platform.

I’d run an SNMP walk for 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.117.1.3.2 on one affected switch. If the OID is missing or returns 0, the sensor is not applicable to that platform. You can disable only the Power Supply Output Change Notifications sensor under Manage Hardware Sensors without disabling the actual PSU, fan, or temperature monitoring.

Supposedly in newer versions this is fixed, maybe try upgrading to 2026.2.2 or later? I think 2026.4 just came out also.

Have you tried just doing this without the last ps-output-change like you had it?
Yes , looks like the device is not supporting i have disabled it manfully .. But expecting some automatic process
