Looking for Custom MSSQL Templates for SolarWinds SAM

Hello Team,

I am currently working on monitoring Microsoft SQL Server environments using SolarWinds Server & Application Monitor (SAM) and am looking for custom MSSQL application templates that community members may have created or successfully implemented.

Specifically, I am interested in templates that monitor areas such as:

* SQL Server database availability and health
* Database size and growth trends
* Backup status and backup age
* Transaction log utilization
* Blocking and deadlock monitoring
* Long-running queries
* SQL Agent job status and failures
* Wait statistics and performance metrics
* Always On Availability Groups monitoring
* Replication health
* TempDB utilization
* Connections, sessions, and resource consumption

I have reviewed the standard templates available within SolarWinds SAM, but I am looking for additional community-developed templates or best-practice recommendations that provide deeper visibility into SQL Server performance and operational health.

If anyone has:

* Custom SAM templates they can share
* THWACK links or content exchange resources
* Best practices for MSSQL monitoring in SAM
* Recommendations on metrics and component monitors that have proven valuable in production environments

You can write your own queries for monitoring for example long-running queries or replication health, as long as you "ask the question" in the right way.

There are a couple of important things missing like long running queries and Replication Health Check which is missing in the template.

We have checked the applnsight template and 2 things are missing which is our main requirement,

* Long-running queries
* Replication Health

It is very important for us as there have lot of servers for which we are doing manual checking of queries and replication
