Oracle User Experience Monitor stopped working after upgrade from 2024 to 2026.2.2

Greetings and Salutations to you Sunny Windies,

We just upgraded one of our SolarWinds systems from 2024.1 to 2026.2.2, and it broke our Oracle User Experience Monitor applications.

We have an issue open with SW Support, and are asking here in parallel.

I've followed the previous procedure of putting the ManagedOracle dll file in the Oracle directory and running oraprovcfg.exe, but that did not resolve it this time.

I have tried both Oracle and Managed Oracle. (I even tried the Microsoft but the Destination Point Name is two characters too long for that.)

The same poller still works on an parallel Oracle database on our other SW system, which is still running 2024.1.

I've tried restarting all the processes, rebooting the poller, reassigning to a different poller. All the previous procedures no longer work.

Any further ideas? I've reviewed the previous posts related to this subject but I'd done that before and those steps worked before.
