I have a problem with a disk-mounted ISO that was previously 4.2 GB. After removing the disk, a red error icon appeared and remained.

How can I fix this?

When I accessed the source Windows Server via Remote Desktop, I found that the mounted ISO no longer exists.

"Volume D:\ has state unknown" means it can no longer be polled.

I would suggest you go into the Manage Nodes page, expand the server resources, select the D:\ volume and delete it.
