Has anyone been successful creating a UDP for Cieana Switch Products to monitor Power Supplies, CPU , Memory etc?

I did an SNMPwalk and never found anything related to that hardware. With the help of one of our network engineers, we had a talk with a Ciena support engineer and they confirmed that this information was not in the SNMP tables. The support person did say a newer firmware might have that, and was going back to check. That was a month ago, and we have not heard anything new on this from Ciena support.

So unfortunately, we are in the same boat. We have no good monitoring solution for Ciena WaveServer or Ciena 6500 gear and their power supplies, fans, CPU, etc.
