I am conducting an upgrade to 6.9. We had to rebuild our servers to Windows Server 2016. Our environment does not have internet access.
The 6.9 install worked fine but I can't get the Configuration Wizard to complete. It got stuck at 88.8% (Agent deployment 5.0 % - Downloading SolarWinds-Agent.zip). Eventually I got logged off. I assume that the config wizard never finished - It was stuck for 4 hours at 88.8%.
Today I am trying to get the configuration wizard to try and repair the web site that won't run. It gets to 91.7% (Migrating Alerts 0.0 %) and is stuck.
Has anyone else hit this?
Where are the log files for the configuration wizard?
