Intelligetn maps show with gray icon and question mark

I am running SWOSH version 2026.1.1. My account has full admin rights, including intelligent map management rights and no applied account limitations.

When I view the list of maps on the Manage Maps page, some of them have a gray icon with a question mark. Other maps do not. What does this mean?

That icon usually means the map was saved without a status. The account that created or last saved the map needs the “Allow Node Management Rights” permission, not just Intelligent Map management rights. Check the original creator’s permissions, then save the map again with Node Management Rights enabled, or recreate it if needed. Maps without status can still be viewed, but they can’t be used for nesting or map-based alerts.
