Is there an out of the box way for Solarwinds to create a Task in Service Now

Is there an out of the box feature in Solarwinds that allows you to create a standard Task in Service Now from a warning alert rather than the standard of creating an incident?  We would like to create a task from a disk space warning before the disk goes critical

Best way I can think of is probably the firehose approach .. Within ServiceNow using their Event Management plugin, you can pull all events and alerts within SolarWinds to take any action you might want on inside ServiceNow. It definitely offers the most flexibility, but needs the most customization.

How is your SolarWinds integrated with ServiceNow? If you are using standard integration SolarWinds-ServiceNow I don't believe it exists. But if you are question is more generic stating is there a way to create a task rather than an incident - definitely there could be several approaches to it. Ask ServiceNow team to provide a webhook which would create a task, you can use that in your trigger and reset action OR ask them if they could convert an email into task - if yes then you can simply send a mail to ServiceNow on your trigger and reset and it translates it into a task - there could be several other approaches as well - you just need to sit with them and ask them what's available on their end to make this happen.

Have the warning trigger an alert, should be able to create the trigger condition to do it fairly easily.   You can then have it create a task in ServiceNow in the trigger actions.  You can then set Trigger Actions to spur a SNOW incident, and even set a Reset Action to remove it if it goes away.    Set the Severity to something like Informational or Notice to make it not critical.

Don't immediately reset the condition, unless you're ok with duplicate tasks in ServiceNow and not being able to automatically close the incident?
