When attempting to display a map in the Network Atlas Map widget on the UI we are receiving the following error: Unexpected error: An error occurred while generating map a464fc3f-cf9f-436d-a16a-607fa522937d.OrionMap. This map was displaying properly on a Friday then over the weekend the server was rebooted to apply Microsoft patches and on Monday the map produced this error. We are able to load the maps in the Network Atlas tool locally on our desktops. The issue is in the maps do not load in the UI. No SolarWinds settings have been changed. We are running version 2026.2.1.
