Just a quick heads-up: we are currently updating our Knowledge Base (KB) sections, transitioning them from the old Guide format to a new, streamlined Help Center format.
Why the change?
This update is designed to making it much faster and easier to find the articles you need.
What you need to know:
- No missing content: All of our troubleshooting articles and guides are staying put. They're just getting a cleaner, faster layout.
- Better search: You'll find it much easier to search and navigate through topics without getting lost in nested menus.
The transition is happening in the background over the next few days. Thanks for your patience as we give the KB this much-needed tune-up!
