The World Tour made its stop in Austin last month, and this one was special for me since it's my home city!
We had a great morning of sessions covering where SolarWinds is headed with AI. Eric Bauer talked about the human side of autonomous IT and how IT leaders are redefining their roles. Jeff Stewart walked through the product vision and roadmap. We even had Sudhakar Ramakrishna, our CEO, welcome everyone to kick off the day.
One of my favorite sessions was Thor-Bjørn Tramp, CEO and CTO of Veridata, and one of our very own THWACK MVPs, joining Chrystal Taylor on stage to talk about transforming IT operations from a practitioner's perspective. Hearing real stories from real environments is always the highlight of these events for me.
We wrapped up with a live AIOps playbook from Erik Eff and Rachel Revoy, closing remarks, and three sweepstakes winners before lunch and demos.
I got to meet more THWACK members face to face in Austin, which is exactly why I'm so excited to be attending more in-person events.
More World Tour stops are coming, like Chicago at the end of this month, and I'll be out there. Hope to see you at one.
