Alert on Monitored Node Violations

Using patch manager 2026.2. How might I create an alert if my number of monitored nodes exceesed what my license allows? For example, when I open the console I see the following so I would like an e-mail alert for it. Is it logged anywhere that I could pick up using Splunk or the like?
