vulnerability support for all vendors

i am seeing data only for HPE/Aruba, Cisco, Palo Alto, Windows, VMWare, Fortinet. in my enterprise we have other vendors as well like Arista, H3C, Infoblox, F5, Silverpeak, etc.

why it can't simply match the vendor, OS version and show the related vulnerability identified in feed, instead showing for specific vendors only.
