A few of our Dell servers dropped off the SAM warranty report. Trying to fix it, we ended up with all of them losing warranty info. Turns out that our API key from Dell was expired. OK, fine, get a new one… but it now has dashes in the ClientID. SAM doesn't like dashes in that field. So now we're stuck.
We have a case open, but no ETA for a fix.
Anyone else having the same problem?
