My name is Jeff Suddarth, and I'm your new Community Manager. Last week was my first time face to face with some of you in Atlanta at the SolarWinds World Tour.
This was my first SolarWinds event ever, and I was genuinely excited to get in the room, talk to people, and hear what's on your minds. I've spent a lot of my career in events and field programs, so being back in that environment felt right at home with a great community.
We had the privilege of having a fireside chat with Cedric Reed @cereed, who handles IT at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, the busiest airport in the world. He talked about what it actually takes to keep that place running. The scale, the stakes, what it looks like when something goes wrong at 2am in a facility that never stops moving.
