Exchange Scaner not working

Hello,

after Update to 2026.02 i cant change Exchange on PRem Resources. It says "Error while scanning the Resources" & "Permission canz be read"

But the Scanner runs without Errors in the GUI.

Need help.

EDIT: New Users and Mailbox can be created.
